Heads-intake help

In the pictures you posted above, the 14010203 casting number on the back of the block shows it's a 305 engine, and the giveaway is at the top of the bellhousing where it says GM 5.0L. So are you replacing the block with a 350 block? Or building a different engine altogether? If that's the case I see where the mix-up came from based off of the pictures you posted up previously.

That was my 305 pic. He asked what year my motor was so I took pic for him because as far as I know it's an 82. I was showing him the Edelbrock performer eps intake that I have for sale along with a new cam and lifters. But, he passed on it.

Think that is what confused y'all. Sorry bout that. He is building a 350 but, I have some sbc parts for sale so I thought I'd show him.

Well we all love pic porn here and apparently we are all mostly the opposite of those people that say they "only read the articles and don't look at the pics in those dirty magazines" because apparently here we ignore the content and only look at the pics!

If you want to keep TBI and run Vortec heads, I have an intake that I picked up at a swap meet that's made just for that - TBI mounts on top and bolts to Vortec heads. Not re-worked, made this way. PM me if you're interested, I don't think I'll be using it.
