Let's see if I can meet the 89Sub standards for write ups with this one :D

I had a headlight go out on me. At first, this job was not as straightforward as I thought it was going to be until I realized that all you have to do is take one bolt out and the headlamp just come right out....

1. Take the silver bolt out using a 10mm socket and ratcheting wrench

2. Lift up on the black, metal retainer holding the headlamp in.

3. Pull headlamp out...

4. You should see three bulbs on the back of the headlamp. The inner most bulb is for the brights, the middle bulb is low beam and outter most bulb (there smallest) is the turn signal. I needed to replace the low beam so....

5. Go to your local auto parts store and get replacement bulb(s). I always buy them in pairs so that I can just do the job once and be done and it's also an OCD of mine if one headlight is brighter than the other

6. Put new bulb(s) in their socket

7. Reverse the process of putting the headlamp back into place

8. And voila....

Get a new ratchet!!!

For sure !!! Sadly, that is about all I have is Crapsman Quick Release ratchets and I hate'em. I figured I'd keep them in my carry boxes and my pull a part tool bag, so if they got lost or stolen, so what, but I want new ratchets too. And the 1/4 drives in that style, I break all the time, and keep getting rebuilt ones.

Get a new ratchet!!!

 these have done me well for many years so I can't see getting rid of them. I've never had any issues with my Crafstman sets even if they are made in China.

Most of mine done me well too except the 1/4 drive. But They seem to bind in the button at times, so you have put WD-40 in the mechanism or you can't get sockets off, and with greasy slippery hands its sucks. Also, small handles with no leverage to speak of. Good for tight places, the way I like my woman, but not much for a tool.

Great googly moogly, that is one ugly ass car. I haven't even bothered to clean mine off this winter. I might start driving it in the spring.

As for those Craftsman ratchets, I love em. I keep breaking my 3/8" drives and my 1/2" drives, but, the 1/4" ones never fail me.

 I haven't had a chance to clean it in like 6 weeks because of the temps and all the stupid snow we've had this winter. Normally, it looks alright for what it is.
