I believe those were dealer supplied. Scratch guard or lock guard is about as descriptive a term as any.

I got a similar set once from Napa I believe, that was back in the late 90's-early 00's when I was newly out of high school. So the memory is slightly hazy, but I do know I didn't get them at a dealer.
