Street sized tires are getting rare but the offroad market still has plenty. I see a lot of Super Swampers on National Tire & Wheel's website in 16.5. From what I understand the bead lip on the stock wheels is shorter, making it easier to lose a bead. But I still see 16.5" beadlock wheels on there too.

well into these for a pretty penny..The tires im sure are E or EE that was one thing i liked..with all the extra belts in the sidewall the few times i have got it dirty i have not been concerned about the wheels and tires.

Off topic a bit ,,i never did post that vid of the 'Burban dragging that newer F250 around a muddy field..that's my project today dig it up and post it..felt bad kid burned that trans up,wouldn't listen to me i told him he had enough.

His dad has money im sure he drove a rental while it was down..oh he was pissy when i finally got loose from him,it wouldn't even make it back to the blacktop.I pulled it to the road. His trans dipstick had super hot fluid just gushing out around the dipstick.

He did learn not to talk crap about my burban i told him we could do it on the pavement if he wanted,he said once is enough..lol

You can still buy them, but selection is very limited compared to what used to be available. The complaint is the lack of a safety bead, if the tire looses it's air, it's extremely easy for the tire to become unseated from the bead.

Because the design of the wheel, they are very easy to change a tire without equipment.
