    Blower motor? Or someting else?

    maybe the fan is hitting against the housing when you hit a bump.. could be lose, as pervious posted pointed out only a few screws hold it together.. Or your blower motor is just tired and it's time for a new one.

Id believe I'm jumping main power in to the fan when I get fan to run. on the relay if I prob the main power wire its got power, but the other wire off the relay the one that hooks up too the fan power out to fan from relay* is dead. hope that helps explain what I got...

    yeah I agree with crazy4offroad sounds like the throw out bearing is going bye bye.. cheap part to fix but takes a while to get to it.. while your there you should put a new clutch in too. I mean all that work you might as well make it worth your while.
