Blower motor? Or someting else?

MY 86 K10 HAS AN ISSUE WHEN I TURN ON THE A/C. EVERYTING WORKS FINE, BUT I'LL BE DRIVING ALONG, I'LL HIT A GOOD SIZED POT HOLE OR RAILROAD TRACKS, AND I GET THIS GRINDING NOISE. I TURN OFF THE A/C AND BACK ON AND IT GOES AWAY, UNTIL THE NEXT BUMP IN THE ROAD. ANYBODY KNOW WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS?

Sounds like debris in the housing hitting the fan or the fan motor is going bad dude. Pull the blower motor out and take a peek in there. Only a few screws.

maybe the fan is hitting against the housing when you hit a bump..
could be lose, as pervious posted pointed out only a few screws hold it together..
Or your blower motor is just tired and it's time for a new one.
