Bought a gallon of enzyme neutralizer to clean inside the cab and soak the heater box in lol

Got 10mm foam backing sound deadening to redo the fire wall. Also got 4mm foam backing to redo the blend doors in the heater box once I get the mouse funk smell out of it.

Every website shows every single piece attached to the box but not a replacement box for non ac setup. Wish I could just buy a new one!

Finished up with installing the heater box and AC delete cover. A lot more room under the hood! Looks pretty good IMO but will look at alternate locations for the vacuum canister and clean up the wiring a bit. Also made up some hard lines for the transmission cooler to get rid of the rubber hoses.

Now I need to troubleshoot why the blower motor doesn’t run. Figure its something in the relay or resistor but don’t know yet. The blower runs fine if you put power directly to it.

Yes, all speeds do not work. That points to the relay I think? Or the dash switch itself but that is less than a year old and was working recently.
Should be fun to troubleshoot. Ours had two ground wires. Small one that was disconnected and was for the relay (high-speed) that wasn't working, boom. Diagram may be in order.

This has happened to me before and it wound up being the connector wasn't making a good connection to the terminal on the blower motor. Looks good under there BTW.

Hi speed only would point to resistor. Lower speeds only would point to relay. No speeds at all points to power/ground connection.

I printed out the schematic and will head down to troubleshoot. Most likely something I did (or didn’t do) when removing the AC components. Looking at the schematic I know there is a ground for the compressor that is not grounded now. Have no idea if this is related but I’ll hook that up and see as well as check the other ground.

The purple wire that powers the blower is good, as I connected power to it at the relay connector, not directly to the blower terminal.

Schematics and wiring are NOT my strong point lol.

It was the fuse. I checked that before starting a bunch of troubleshooting and it looked intact but had some brown stuff inside. I went to pull it and the fan started up! Tapped it again and fan stopped. Of course I don’t have a spare fuse so temporarily jumped it out and everything works as designed. Fired up the engine and cycled thru the air settings to verify I had defrost and bi-level. Everything worked fine.

Found one leak at one of the transmission cooler fittings and fixed that so this project is DONE!

Playing around with the 3d printer yet again. Unfortunately the yellow mixed with silver as it doesn't get completely cleared out makes it look a bit dirty.
