What mirrors are these? Are they camper towing mirrors? I dont see a code for this particular truck being a camper special?

There's a set in stainless with new heads for 65 on fakebook marketplace. Of course, right after I bought a new set of heads for more than that!

No, those are not factory, they are aftermarket
They are a factory optional mirror typically called a camper or tow mirror came painted or in stainless

The smaller version was listed as the below eyeline mirror also painted or stainless was a lot more common and also often called a camper or tow mirror.

Then the stock dumbo mirrors and sport mirrors and west coast mirrors.

Links to reproductions for visual reference.

Those are aftermarket mirrors you are looking at, they are not original GM year specific mirrors. The arms and mounting locations are not even the same. They don’t make them anymore. You can only buy used originals. I am 60 years old and I have owned nearly 20 of these trucks, most all of them K30.

Guess I’ll have to send a picture of original GM style, I have them on one of my K30’s. I’m leaving for work now though, probably be this afternoon.

There were a couple of versions of these mirrors in the 70s square bodies. Both below eye level and both optional. One "3" legged style with lower supports above the body line and a "4" legged style with longer "legs" below the body line and a heavier upper support? This is all from an old memory from the Chev/Cad dealership

That's what came on my dads truck from the factory! And you can still order them from several places. Someone wants them I won't be re-hanging them.

The ones pictured in the original poster that asked the question, the upper is different and looks newer!
