Worn out coil springs?

Hi all, Hey, when I bought my truck a few months ago, I noticed that the front left sits lower than the right. I put a floor jack under the left side of the frame and placed a level on the front of the bed next to the cab. Then raised it until the bubble was centered. Everything looked correct. Im thinking its the coil spring that's worn on the left side. I bought rubber spacers but think Im going to spend the money on two new springs. Am I going down the right path here guys? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I'd measure the distance from a level surface to the bottom of the frame rails.

Yes, replace the springs. Probably wouldn't hurt to change ball joints while you're in there.

A weak rear leaf can cause it too, so be sure to measure the rear as well, then go from there.

I was in a similar situation a couple months ago. Passenger sag of around 1/2 inch. Springs looked rough and I always felt the front looked to be sagging more than it should.

I installed new springs and it lifted the whole front 1.5-2 inches and it sits level now.
My springs were probably a lot worse than yours, but be prepared it might lift your front a bit more than expected.
Truck rides much better now, I say do the springs instead of a rubber spacer.

Check your body mounts as well. My truck had crushed mounts on the driver's side. New ones corrected the lean.

That was my thinking ,when I told him to measure from a level surface to the bottom of the frame rail.

Been a while but I’ve never not seen new coil springs settle in after some miles. If you’re not pounding it down the road it may sit higher for a long time.
