Wiper fluid/wiper problem

Just bought another square body (an 85). Having some issues with the wipers and wiper fluid not pumping. Wipers only work on low and high setting. They are a bit slow and shudder across the window when turned on. As for when I press the switch to spray fluid, no fluid comes out and the wipers do no move either. Was thinking I might need to replace the entire turn signal switch and the wiper motor. Any help trying to trouble shoot this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

does sound like a switch to me. but there again it could be a wiring issue. check the wiring first. a little multi meter time will shed some light on whats going on.
