Whats my interior color?

So I've always wanted a squarebody so I saved up for a while and bought a 2 tone brown and tan 1987 shortwide. Now I'm starting to research restoring it and I can't figure out what color interior I have. LMC doesn't appear to have it listed. Can y'all help me?

Im pretty sure the seat isn't original but I've been throwing around the idea of switching over to tan interior. I think it would look good with the brown paint!

That's brown! Which is exiting to me because I never even knew brown was an available color in the 80's. That's also why LMC doesn't offer it, they only offer a few standardized generic colors to try and make everybody happy. So the less common colors usually aren't offered.

I really hope you keep the brown due to it's rarity (and it looks good IMHO).

Minus the dashboard everything else is in pretty good shape! I guess I can repair and repaint or dye the panels. Not sure about what to do about the seat and carpet.

You can just have the seat redone at an upholstery shop. For the carpet, there are other restoration companies that have more selection of colors. That color interior was called Briar Brown in the early 80's when found in other cars like Caprice and Camaro.

Interor

Same problem i have with my 86 gmc k10,only my seat is the same colour as the carpet.from what i can find the colour is mahogany
