Vacuum hose.
Most likely for the transmission modulator valve, right hand side of an automatic transmission, towards the back.
Judging from how durteee it is.

No its the vacuum line that the climate control uses. It goes to manifold vacuum on the engine.

The transmission modulator valve uses engine vacuum from the manifold.

That goes to a vacuum valve under the cowl, controls fresh air/recir door for the AC I believe.
