Confirmed, next metering rod size up worked great. Time to throw burgers on the grill.

Dusted it and covered the cab, rain incoming. Trying to keep it fresh for window install, and the moments immediately after. Pulled the trash can back in and checked the mail.

I've been having major knock problems, so I tried some Seafoam "Top End Cleaner" aka can o' tuneup. Got the engine hot, squirted bursts of it down the throat of my quadrajet, let it "Heat Soak".

A satisfying amount of vile-smelling white smoke came out when I ran it for ten minutes. Along with lots of oily water. I haven't run it under load tho. We shall see....

If it were me, I'd just use clear packing tape and go over the whole thing carefully inside and out. Don't open or try move either side, just tape over and wait for it to be replaced
@TotalyHucked Zach, I am shopping for back window decal replacements. Does AMD make/sell any logo decals? Looking on the website I can only find OE replica decals for rebuilds, refurbishing, etc. It seems like AMD would have some stickers especially since they have such cool t-shirts.

What I will be doing later - more swaybar bracket fun. Both LMC styles here along with the broken OE one and a ~10 dollar one from Vato Zone that came WITH a bushing. You tell me. AZ part number FA1655 and the LMC part nos are visible. :anitoof:

Drove it! Actually I drive it several times a week, weather permitting, but today my lovely wife went along and snapped a couple pics. Gorgeous day for a drive!

When we got home we put her Wrangler on the lift and replaced the running boards and changed the oil together. Then we changed the oil in the John Deere 4600. Great day so far!
