Does anyone have a picture of where this thing bolts on? I'm swapping a 383 stroker into my '91 Suburban and I failed to take pictures or otherwise note how where it was attached.

The tab with the 90° bend is secured by the top right transmission-to-block bolt and the other one is secured by the inboard solenoid mounting bolt:

It looks like the earlier style was bit longer in the front - but the tab spacing/location appears to be the same.

I think the one in the first post is the style that bolts on to two different bellhousing bolts.

I was thinking that as well but the spacing didn't look right. From the image provided, the tabs looked to be much closer than the distance between the bolts. IDK

My 79 still has its tube but it’s just kinda flopping around lol I had to rebuild that part of the harness and found it.

Mine all still have them too, but only one bolt holding them on. They are a pain to deal with, but do an excellent job of keeping the harness away from the headers.

This transmission came out of an 89 Silverado and the tube went on these two bolts.
