Taller mirror stems

Ive heard that there are taller dumbo stems, im not sure but if this is true does anybody have a set taller then mine?

Here's a couple of places to look. I believe any of the 4 point style camper mirrors have the longer stem. The other place to look is the Chevy Express vans.

I wonder if thats where this guy got these? And put them in the smaller mirrors. Or had them made im sure you could make some just one bend.

Thats mine with the big dumbo mirrors but not that much taller.

I want to say I've seen some aftermarket mirrors that looked like the factory dumbos, but would slide out like those for towing.

Theyre in the box lol i dittled with them and never got them on lol
