In all seriousness, I hope you get your rig back on the road. This is a huge learning experience no matter how it ends. Having broken components upon removal is obviously a bad thing. Gather your thoughts and proceed in the best possible way to get a solid reliable vehicle.

In all seriousness that trans housing is trashed. There is no way to make it work in that condition.
Yeah even if you could get it welded, it's not gonna sit square on the block. Don't take this the wrong way, but not getting those last few bolts off the bellhousing, cost you a transmission case.

Yeah, that trans case is definitely garbage now. Literally half of the mounting locations are broke off, along with very large chunks attached. A couple ears busted off would be one thing, but that is an incredible amount of damage.

The torque converter holds to the flex plate . That “bellhousing” is just a sheild why the name transfer case , it’s redundant reinforcement . My current lawn mower engine is held down by just 1 bolt (new deck old motor) the old deck rusted out and the 25 year old motor only has one good mounting bolt but runs like a top

The amount of JB Weld that's gonna take will need some rebar reinforcement. Lol
Speaking of rebar. Saw this yesterday on a u-haul

uhhh... no. Those bolts are needed to align the transmission and keep it from twisting while driving. It isn't redundant or "just a shield". There's a big difference between a 10hp engine moving a 200lb mower and a 200hp engine moving a 5400lb truck around. All it's gonna take is one hard shift to twist that thing right off and break the rest of the mounting points off... assuming that the thing isn't so far out of alignment when installed that the torque converter welds to the input bushing or vibrates the whole drivetrain apart when it starts driving.

I'm starting to think this post is a troll. You can't possibly think you'll be fine using that transmission. I cant even understand why you didn't remove those bolts, you don't even need to get under the truck or need a special tool. The converter does not hold up the transmission...

Troll. Haha. He got us all going! Funny though. All of the worst case scenarios that you "never" even thought of being able to happen pulling a motor.
