SUBURBAN 1990

I just joined the group. I own a 1990 Suburban 4X4. It is in really good shape...I love it !

I replaced the 1500 axles and springs to 2500 axles and springs with locking hubs on front.

Rides a little rougher...so what?

Does anyone know where I can get new nylon Check Straps for the rear cargo doors ???

I think someone on here made them from seatbelt material. There are also suspension limiting straps you can use instead. Just depends on what you wanna spend bs modify

Yes, LMC straps are crazy expensive. I plan on making a set at some point out of orange ratchet straps

Welcome, I just swapped to 3/4 ton running gear as well! Mines an 89. Good luck with your burb there a lot of fun and easy to work on

The 3/4 ton running gear is bulletproof !!

I have also considered swapping engine for 12 valve Cummings but my old 350 still runs great with 241,000+ on the clock !

Saving my money.
