You dont want to lift the truck from the fender, it cant support the weight of the truck. Just jack the axle up. That jack should be fine for what youre looking to do tho.

That scissor jack will work very well. Your truck would have come with a jack that looked more like this one:

The hardware to keep it on the inner fender is still there but no bottle Jack. What’s the maximum lift on the bottle Jack? My truck has 4” lift and larger tires.

Go bigger! The little ones fold over if you are on any incline, and you dont get to pick where you break down at. The bigger ones are more usefull overall. The little handle that comes with the little ones, don't have the reach or leverage you need. Pictured 2 generic little ones 2 Napa, 1 Mazda pickup factory jack ( top) the Mazda jack is pretty decent and the Mazda,Napa jacks come with a handle long enough to get under the truck. The handle you pictured is is only about a foot. I measured, the Mazda has 2 foot of reach before the bell crank, the Napa has 3 feet, factory has 5 feet.
