If it’s no good and going to be replaced, cut the end off then put a normal socket on it and try that.

If there is room, try getting in there with a mini pipe wrench. Or maybe a basin nut wrench.

My O2 sensor tool is a 7/8" 6-point box end wrench, works much better if space permits. Goop up the new one with anti-seize.

Hi thanks for the replies
I sprayed it with PB Blaster for a week, drove it to work every day 8 miles each way and keep soaking it.
I feared the worst, Went to the shop put it on the lift disconnected the wire used a special snap on O2 sensor socket one push with the ratchet and it popped off the socket,I thought it rounded over! Nope it was loose came off like butter, No heat, No Cussing, installed the new one all i need to do is take it for a test drive and see if my mileage gets better.

Might be worth resetting the computer. Just disconnect the negative battery cable then turn the ignition on for a few minutes. Then the computer will start from scratch and relearn all the inputs, including from the O2 sensor.
