Problems with ignition

Hey everyone, so I was driving to my job site (I do concrete foundations) and I took the key out the ignition but it didn’t lock the steering wheel, I could also start the truck without the keys, would this be the lock cylinder or another problem

It's not the lock cylinder. There is a locking pawl under the lock ring. It's either broken or needs a dab of oil.
Time to dig into the column.
