Pressed fit pulley how do I turn motor

Looking for tdc but there is no nut in the center of pulley to turn motor maybe a strap wrench? Maybe I’m missing something here

I've used a strap wrench to turn over an SBC with the plugs out and it worked. However, there isn't much clearance for the handle, and the strap keeps wanting to slip off.

The other good alternative is to remove the flywheel cover and use a flywheel/flex plate wrench to turn it over. Most of them hook on and mesh with the teeth, so I believe the wrenches are universal .

Machine a plate with a nut welded to it drill 3 holes where the pulley bolt holes are, remove the pulley and bolt it to the harmonic damper with the pulley bolts.
