i would like to change my power set up to a manual. How hard is this to do?

Just pull the door cards and windows, vent window too,pull out the electric regulator and actuators for locks and put the manual regulators back you will have to cut holes for the window crank. Unless you have a donor doors just do a swap of parts. Not hard to do I would take the time to replace the weatherstripping while you have the glass out. I could use all the stuff you are taking out.
