Where do you run the hose from the pcv valve and the brake booster to. I have a 1/2" hose coming from the brake booster

The brake booster hose should go straight into the intake about in the middle right behind the carb, and the pcv hose needs a clean air source so either to the air cleaner or to the front of the carb in the center, there are other places you can put it but those are the ways I've seen for the pcv. The booster hose is almost always straight into the intake right behind the carb

The brake booster taps it's vacuum source from the carburetor. On a stock Rochester Quadrajet , there will be a tapped 3/8" NPT port - down low on the back. Here are some pictures. The ones that show the hole plugged off are of a truck equipped with hydro-boost brakes:

On any Q-jet - I have ever seen - the scavenging port for the PCV hose is directly under the filter housing:

That port is labeled "J" (IIRC), and it is noticeably bigger than all the other ports.

I'm assuming your intake has a port right behind the carb on the passenger side or you can just run it to your carb spacer port most likely

your 4150 should have a large port on the back for your brake, I drilled and tapped my spacer in the front for a 3/8 barb fitting for my pcv.
If yours doesn't have a port on the rear of your carb you can drill and tap the back of your spacer and use it for the brake.
your 4150 should have a small full vacuum port under the front for your heater controls and a ported one on the meter block for the distributor.
most edelbrock intakes have a threaded port on the back you can put a elbow on to use for vacuum needs.
