Wow, that's a beaut! I agree about it being priced too high. However, something to keep in mind is that generation truck is just on the cusp of becoming a collector/classic so the values are pretty much bottomed out right now. They never really "went away" or "out of style", I still see tons of them on the road unlike the squares and GTM400s that largely disappeared from day to day traffic for a long time. But it's getting harder and harder to find nice ones of this vintage, people are getting more and more frustrated with newer trucks and dumping them to get back into one of these, or people around my age are starting to reminisce about them and want another. So it's only a matter of time before these take off in popularity like the squares and GMT400s have.
A realistic price on that truck here would probably be ~13-15k. 'Burbs are low hanging fruit for most people, RCSB and CCSSB are the most desirable and expensive. You can find super nice 'burbs with like 120-150k around us for $6k-12k pretty regularly
