Was thinking of doing 1.5 shackle lift to even it out.....

Have you measured how much difference there is front vs rear?

Fyi, a 1.5" shackle lift will only net you .75" lift. In order to acheive 1.5" of lift from a shackle it will need to be 3" longer than stock which is too long and will snowball into other problems (caster angle wrong, possible death wobble, etc).

I measured from top of the tire to the top of fender well. (Don't know if that's the best measurement) but both are 12"..... But looking at the truck even sitting in it the front is lower..... Maybe body mounts wore out?

Measure to the body line, the fender wells are not even.

I would just put a smaller block in the rear.

have you drove it any to settle it down?

if not try it.

if so then add a leaf in front or remove some out back, or do add a leaf and longer shackles in front maybe.
