Can you take one leaf out of the spring pack? Might drop it an inch and make the ride a bit softer? And other than your time, it's free to try.
I'd also see if there is any spring shops in your area. I recently priced out to have some springs made the way I want for my dually and it was cheaper than what I could buy premade ones by 20-30%
