Best budget lift

Pro Comp springs are right up there with Rough Country, as far as harshness goes.

Superlift and Skyjacker with both ride better, in my experience. BDS will ride well. I've never personally owned Tuff Country springs, but they are said to ride well too.

Best budget lift IMHO would be a leaf and re-arched factory springs in the front, blocks in the rear and any budget shock that fits the bill. You shouldn't need a drop pitman arm at that amount of lift and dual stabilizers are just snake oil. You would be better served spending the dual stabilizer money on tie rod ends, ball joints and/or wheel bearings, if these items are worn they will impact your steering more than any amount of stabilizer will.

Search your area for a spring service shop, IIRC I paid $50 per leaf, $50 per spring for re-arching, and $10 per U-bolt for custom bent ones, that was a long time ago though...

Decent Skyjacker gas shocks are bout $50/ea and the front can be an added leaf or if you prefer, Zero Rate from ORD would add an inch with the ability to relocate the front axle forward now or in the future.

Does anybody have photos of a 2.5 inch lift on 33s. I really don’t want to have to put 35s on it but I also don’t want to have too much wheel well space. I like the way to 2 inch looks based off old photos but I also don't want to break the bank, I thought about getting pro comp front leafs for a 2inch lift (if anyone has the link) and then getting rear blocks and new shocks with dual stabilizers .

This is 2.5 inch Tuff Country spring lift both front and rear on 33/12.50. It has not rubbed or scrapped the front tires so far. My daily is a Tacoma and Pro Master van, I want to say that the ride is too soft with this kit.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but figured show for fun since I'm also debating a new lift. Mine has what I assume is a 90s Skyjacker 4". Had 15s with some baby Big O tires; gap was horrendous. Filled it with 35s on 17s. I'm looking to replace the lift eventually with something that won't send me to the poor house. Hit a stick in the road and it sends me to the roof.

Skyjacker or tuff country either of their "soft ride" springs with Bilstein 5125 shocks make a very functional truck

Just an update on my 2" rough country spring lift. 2.5 years on with 5k miles on it. I drove it today and did not spill my road soda! Seems to have smoothed itself out finally.
