I probably have the part you are looking for. I have 1 complete assembly out of a '77 and one partial. post a pic of what you need and I'll dig it out if interested.
I don't have anything I can take a picture of, but yes, I want the flapper and the vacuum pot. I will need your E-Mail address so I can send you the funds via Pay-Pal.

Thanks

Mike

Is this what you need? I think this was under the cowl screen on pass side.

It's the flapper in the cowl with the little vacuum pot.

Here's what the part looks like. It's GM 6262685. There's a couple on ebay.

This is the later model with plastic pod at larger nipple.

I think I have one of those later style ones too. I can look in storage for it but not until Wednesday. If you want them it would be probably $20 shipped. I won't be offended if you buy the ebay ones. Just trying to help out getting your truck done.

I would like one early style. If it is not complete, then I will take the late one. Thanks!

What is either your E-Mail address, so I can send you a Pay-Pal payment, or your address, and I will send you a Money Order.

Really not familiar with these parts, is it not complete? The AC worked when I removed it from the truck and it was a stock '77 so I should have everything in theory, just have to find it. I welded up the firewall to do a VA system.

If it has a movable flapper, it is complete.

I am just now learning about AC systems myself, and have never seen some of these parts before.
