Correct. We already did how fast can they go,. This is how long it takes them to get there.

My NA 327 1979 C-10 has been 12.80 @ high altitude, much quicker at sea level conditions. Thats a good run (15.90) @ 3500 feet
That ain't high altitude! you shouldn't even have to adjust the jets for that. That is almost at sea level:):33::Big Laugh:

Never really worried about how quick it is, but I know it surprises quite a few people when they ride in it. Lol Usually its a comment somewhere along the lines of a truck this big, or this heavy, shouldn't be as fast as it is. And for a K30, it has hung with a few modern cars at the stoplights, and especially from about a 10-15 mph roll. It certainly is fun, but that's all I know. Probably moreso the sound of the big block turning in the area of 6,000rpm that makes it sound fast. Lol
