Can you use a Holley fuel pressure regulator to adjust the pressure to a TBI.I say no,buddy sez yes.I say it has a return line so it can't be used. He sez it can and possibly eliminate the regulator in the TBI.

I got 10 bucks riding on this.Who is right

Which Holley regulator. Think there are two. One adjustable, one not.

Yes you can use it and yes it’ll work ok - for a while. The lack of a return line will likely burn the pump up within a couple of months.

The return line would still be there from the TBI. Thats why I say it wont work. You can't eliminate the regulator in the TBI. Right?
