what is the torque spec for a flywheel on a 350 small block

65 ft lbs,use a star shaped torque sequence,sneak up on final torque in 3 steps. Actually I'd just run them snug with a 3/8 ratchet then go around and get them tight with a 3/8th ratchet,then torque them.

Are you using new bolts or the old ones? I can't remember if those are torque to yield or not.... best to check...

They are not torque to yield reuse is fine. Small Block chevy requires no sealer on the flywheel bolts,they don't go to oil. But loctite is not a bad idea. Problem with loctite is it throws off torque specs,so use some common sense.
