It’s pretty straightforward. You just need to unbolt the case, crack it open, undo the lines, and pull it on out. Make sure the case is clean, and reinstall everything. You’ll want to make sure that the case is sealed properly so you don’t lose cooling efficiency, especially where the lines go into it. If you need to use a sealant, I don’t think that’d be a bad idea. I use it where there’re gaps, holes, or cracks in the plastic. If it’s for sure your culprit, it maybe a good idea to go ahead and replace the orifice tube and accumulator since the system is/will be open. Is this where your dye is showing up at for sure? If it’s not leaking, it’s best to leave it there unless it’s obstructed, and you could always try flushing it if that’s the case.
