I had to buy some new U bolts last week for my rear diff swap on my 78 K20, and General Spring of Kansas City had what I needed. I would highly recommend these guys if you're in need of the same. Their site was easy to use, and allows you to select thickness, length, diameter, thread pitch, and comes with high quality tall nuts and thick washers, all with a perfect oxide finish. Plus, the shipping was reasonable and fast. Just FYI!

Do they do custom springs also?

Steve
I didn't order springs, but I got the impression that is exactly what they do. Just ordering the u-bolts had a ton of options for me to fill in exactly the dimensions I needed, so I think they actually made the bolts to my specs. Granted, they may have had them on the shelf, as mine were pretty much stock. I'd look them up or give them a call.

I agree. Good price for the stuff I got too

I got some Wagoneer Springs from them for my YJ. When I asked them if they would add a military wrapped second Leaf they said they couldn't though.

There’s an old spring shop here in Louisville that I’ve depended on for years.
They’ll build up leaf springs, change the arch, make Ubolts from stock right there in the shop.. depending on how busy they are, while you wait.
They do all the heavy truck work for the city.
The place is old, a huge mess, and in a kinda sketchy area.. but I hope they stay in business. And we also share the name.. :)
