Engine Question?

It was leaking when I pulled it out. I figured it was the valve cover gaskets because those were not seated properly but it very well could have been the intake gasket as well.

I do have it out on a stand. My plan is to do a compression check and go from there. I will definitely take your advise on the paint and all new gaskets. i am planning on replacing the cheap chrome valve covers with Eldebrock Aluminum. The truck is being painted right now, frame off.

Oh cool well I really like the felpro blue perma something gaskets they are fully rubber and reusable and work really well. How ever they are a bit pricy
