Put on the new axles....there's a constant chirp from the rear as I go. Not faster or slower...just steady. However, if I lightly touch brake as I'm going it'll stop....thoughts?

I'm lost on the description here. Not a tire chirp right? A noise from the rear end itself? It doesn't speed up or slow down with vechile speed? Is that what you're saying?

You're certain the brakes are installed right? Nothing dragging in the drum and they're not adjusted to tight? And you're certain it's from the rear and not the front?
