What is this part called, and are they available anywhere?

Kind of hard to see in my picture, but it's a piece of sheet metal that sits on top of the tee intersection of the two cab floor supports, and covers up the captured nut for the body mount bushings. I had to completely destroy mine in order to get it off, so that I could remove the cab floor support cross member for replacement. I'm not seeing them on LMC

Not reproduced as far as I know, use some 16 gauge sheet steel cut/radius/bend to suit.
