you have 2 issuesI turned a Silverado box sideways so the opening picked up the stock cold air hole through the radiator support. Used 4" mandrel bent pipe that I cut too short and added an inch back in then didn't grind it down enough lol. It's got a brace to the alternator mount bolt for support in the middle. Then some black paint. I went to the driver side because that's where the ebay harness had the maf wires routed. I still had to extend them a few inches. I used a stock high flow box based on another post where Keith had said they were designed for big blocks and diesels so it's overkill for the small blocks.

I see little evidence of a coolant reservoir .. so heres some tid bits:
LS engines have a area in the heads that trap air/steam. This air/steam is vented to the cooling system via the steam lines. The steam line should be tied the cooling system.
If you T it to a heater hose it will be dead headed. The heater hose is not on the suction side of the WP
3 choices work - Radiator, WP suction side or Top radiator hose.
by having a radiator cap and no tank (that i can tell) you will need to do something with your vents. if you have an unpressurized reservoir, i think the same applies
Also your air duct hits the shroud. id clearance it or something because it will make noise with engine flexing and stuff.
