I think I would probably do the cam/lifters and see where I'm at. You haven't mentioned that you're having valve float problems now, and that cam and the heads won't allow you to overspeed those stock springs, which were made for higher rpm in an earlier era.

He's talking about what the spring should test at. It would be on the spring specs, which are often attached with a little tag, or are on the package.
