new Tires and Rims with warranty 50000 miles. Tires have 2k on them.

It only had 9k befor the tires

Very possible. Tires get old and dry rotted. I've trashed some 75% tread tires before.

LOL, the scoop is just for looks, its not even plumbed into the system. They probly didnt even cut a whole, they probly just self tapped it on and walked away.

Pssshhh, that's pretty crappy. I would never install a big fake scoop with sheetmetal screws... oh, wait...

:insane:

I had bought my wife a brand new Grand Am once, among other brand new vehicles, but that thing has like 17,000 miles on it and we had that one for 2 years since it was during the time I had my back injury, and had to buy new tires for sidewall cracking. Good Year wouldn't do **** about it saying they were GM TSpec tires so hit up GM. GM said they are Good Year tires, so hit up Good Year. Good Year then offered me $150 credit toward other GOOD YEAR tires at full price. I said FUGG THAT !!! Cash was an issue then, so I ended up getting some tires that were on sale at Pep Boys and those actually turned out to be real good tires and much better riding than the GY's too. When we were finally able to trade it in, the car had 45,000 miles on it with those same ties and they still looked new other than the **** were wore off. Treadwear would have been great and they were only 40,000 mile tires. I wish I could remember the brand. It was one of Pep Boys house brands. Sadly, they were probably generic Good Years, I don't know for certain.
