When I lived there it was the same crap, they're all min wage monkeys that don't have a clue, lol, I had one guy once come up and said "I need you to open the hood" I told him I ain't opening ****, you're the one that wants to look, you open it, he finally figured it out and when he started looking around I got out and he was reaching to touch something, I told him don't even think about it you can look DON'T touch, he was getting very frustrated, lol, so then he was going to close(slam)the hood, I told him I will close it, now he was pissed he even got someone else to finish the job, they didn't waste any time getting me outa there and I passed with flying colors, LOL..

I noticed you have a couple of lifted trucks in your sig. Doesn't Massachusetts have a law limiting suspension mods to 2" up or down from stock?

Yep....I dealt with the same b.s. Thats why i ditched all of the emissions crap, removed both cats, installed long tube headers and registered my truck as a "classic". Now...no more emissions.....E-V-E-R !!

The law is complex. Basically you measure the wheelbase, track width, and then divide by a certain number and you get the maximum amount you're supposed to lift the truck.

Nowhere in MA do they enforce this law. I've had some pretty large trucks, including a 99 Sierra with 9" of lift on 37" Baja Claws, and never once got stopped. Currently my F350 is at 6" of lift on 37" MTs and I'm fine.

Ironically enough, in this communist land we call Massachusetts, vehicle laws are rather relaxed. Emissions are almost non existent, tint laws are usually ignored, and lift laws are never applied.

I tried that once, don't matter as long as it's registered in the county it has to be smogged.
