They are decent, chrome every bit as nice as GM but not show quality. The steel is thinner, fit and contours are fine. Wouldn't know it was aftermarket unless had both side by side.

I bought my rear Sport bumper from AMD.
They're nice, no complaints, fit well. Would agree, the metal seems thinner, but still decent.

(they are usually not chromed or finished on the back)

That’s good to know…. I have a new “premium” LMC bumpers waiting to be put on. What’s your opinion? Black, or argent silver on the back side. I guess I could Cerakote in Glacier Silver too.

I went with a very dark grey on my last project, but yeah any of those colors would look good imo

Got one on the back of my truck. I wasn't involved in development of these (pre-dates me by a while) but the couple OE's I've compared to, these are the same thickness
But, just like OE's, they don't like being backed into poles

I bought the black painted one for my truck. It said it was only primered, and it needed final paint, but it looked so good gloss black, i left it. And in 2 years its gone almost completely silver, not a stitch of paint left.
I did like the black though, will probabaly repaint it.
