89-91 GMC quad light question

Guys
Is the GMC emblem in the 89-91 quad headlamp trucks 1 emblem, or 1 for each letter?

I'm being told the latter, but looking at photos it sure looks like 1 emblem to me. If you have a part number it would be huge help!

The parts guy @ the dealer says it's 3 letters.. 3 part numbers, all discontinued.

Interesting. The OEM 1 piece grille emblem is still available from GM
Part # 12542030. $70.

Have you been able to verify that it is for flatter grille? It appears to be listed for the gmt400 trucks.
