I had assumed they were the same as the 80's brackets. Is that not true?

I know the 73-80 are the same, I was looking at LMC and they have a different part number for 81-87. I was needing new brackets, because I hit a dear years ago and bent the bumper and bracket on the drivers side

Definitely different brackets for the 81+ trucks.
