Spark plugs old and one does not look that great. Air filter also well due for replacement.
Received the new intercooler but would have to wait few weeks. Have a paying car coming in for some work. 87 Camaro that is getting cam and hsr set up.

It can always go away if someone really wanted it, but I want to keep it for a while.

Started doing bumper repair. Going for a plastic weld and then a little touch up paint. Have to clean all the old glue that someone tried using.

He just picked up a 1992 Firebird to tinker with for a while too so probably when he sells that, he will want the Solstice.

A '92 huh? Are they still fairly common down there? What color is it?

Yeah, there's a few including a Jamaica Yellow TA convertible that shows up at shows every now and then. It's a 'bird of many colors at the moment but it was red.

It's funny you mention a JY car, almost like you know my tastes or something

I'm not much for red cars usually, but a red '91-'92 always looks good. It was a good couple years for Firebirds, with or without GFX. The horse trough look was a good one and the nose of the non-gfx cars looked great too.

I never liked the 91-92 nose, but would still drive one.

And interrupted by the z28 that is finally getting more matching parts installed. Has dart heads, cam, 3k stall and stock tpi setup. Changing to stealth ram, bigger cam, injectors etc.. And supposed go for paint after that.

I thought I was the only person stubborn enough to do heads/cam/injectors and then leave the stock TPI in place. Guess not, lol.

Only had couple of hours to work with, but it is coming apart. Need to do some cleanup before actually pulling the intake off. Someone also likes their stickers. Really wanted to just start peeling them off.

Camaro is waiting on parts now, so back to solstice. Got a tune on it yesterday. With stock tires, no hook up in 1st or 2nd gear. 3rd pulls nicely.

New cam is in place on the camaro, but everything else is still apart. Started on checking push rod length and found a broken inner spring taking old springs off.
