Ok ok ok, I know some of you will think im F'ed in the head. But heres the setup

Started as 1985 K10

Now has:
1987 C30 Hydroboost Pedal
1994 K1500 wiring (alllllllll the wiring, swapped in 350TBI and 4L60e)

So I have this hydroboost pedal with a thick knob that the push pin goes on. Brake switches in the squares were all those pins that were mounted to the dash and the pedal had a plate that would push against the switch when at rest. You would have 1-3 brake switches depending on extras like cruise control and TCC. Well in the 90s they went to one switch for everything that had 4+ wires in the connector. This switch rode on the brake rod and detected braking when you press the pedal and the pedals knob pushed into the switch.

Well the hydroboost knob is too thick, it fills the whole switch. (haha dirty mind) Which would make it think the brakes are on all the time. Any ideas what to do here????? would a hydroboost pedal from a 90s truck work? or should I somehow grind down the current pedals knob?

Top is 87 hydro pedal - too big for switch
Bottom is 85 vac pedal- works with 94 switch

Maybe the question I should be asking is what did 1994 k3500s have for brake switches :/
