1990 V1500 stock-size radiator replacement

the radiator on my 1990 v1500 burb (350tbi, standalone oem aux oil and transmission coolers) has sprung a leak. it isn't a OEM radiator, but some oversized aluminum/plastic monstrosity somebody fit in there and added a couple brackets to hold the factory shroud in place. the factory shroud brackets (at least on the top) are still in place. I am assuming the bottom supports havent been modified as best I can tell.

i would like to replace it with something closer to the stock size so that the shroud seals better to the radiator.

I am not too particular on all aluminum vs aluminum/plastic unless there are strong feelings.

with the stand alone oil and transmission coolers, i dont necessarily need those to be in the radiator either. the transmission currently bypasses the current radiator.

any recommendations on a radiator or what size i need for an OEM fit?

Oreilly Murray radiator, theres two thicknesses , I got the thicker one since my truck had the HD radiator factory

I believe this one's it with a 2.187 core , the others are 1.250 core

No i dont think so but like I say my spid specifies HD radiator so I just put presumably the thicker core in there.

The OEM core died while my dad had it. He put a thinner core in it. That died on me. I replaced that one with a used one I had.

Finally that one died so I got the oreilly thick one I sent you and put it in, trouble free with the shroud and all

That RPO for the HD radiator might define radiator clamp size or rubber puck size, I dunno.

Your truck doesnt have an oil cooler in the radiator right? Mines factory got ps cooling under the rad support, remote oil cooler, integrated trans cooler into main engine cooler, with outlets and all for rear and front hvac
