1986 K10 vacuum and emissions routing help needed

1986 K10 California. Originaly with 305 700r4, now 350 Goodwrench with all the parts swaped form 305 + 700r4.

Need some help rerouting vacuum after smog delete. No emissions here in Poland and my EGR was already blocked (heads do not have ports for it and intake gaskets were swaped left to right), EFE disconected. I have dual exhaust without cats, mainfolds have air already removed.
After some reading I came to conclusion what can I remove without afecting other systems and ECM (still not sure how it works now if the EGR is not operational - no codes, no engine check). I think I could ditch the Thermac as well since EFE is fixed in open position all the time
Could somebody more educated take a look at before and after plan? Unfortunatelly not so many people in my country to know something about 80's chevys.

What does your ECM control, since you don’t have fuel injection (electrical connection on carburetor?)? And exactly what carburetor are you using?

With no EGR and no EFE, I think you could simplify the emissions equipment and hoses a lot, but I’m not clear on what has already been removed.

I have a Quadrajet M4MED (propably the one was on factory 305) - but You might be right cause I see now that mixture solenoid wasn't pluged (picture is from when engine was still in the car and running) - correct me if I'm wrong but its the tan socket left front side of carb?
Tomorrow I will check the harness for any signs of sbd already disabled ECM. Maybe better to put it back together like it was and start from there :)

I don't see a tps on that carbureator, which would mean it is not a computer controlled qjet. The grey solenoid is not mixture control,it is dual capacity accelerator pump shot,super simple circuit,power in, other wire to a temperature switch to close the circuit. Or just leave it unplugged. It is very possible the ecm is controlling timing though, get some good pics of the distributor. I still want distributor pics including the wiring to it. But I do not believe that's an 86 California emissions label. To the best of my memory there is no vacuum advance on an 86 305 Cali Chevy truck. And should have a TPS on the driver's side front corner of the carb. Also from memory that looks like the emissions sticker in my 49 states 1986 c10 305/700r4

Can't find TPS as well. Acc pump switch should go to temp switch on thermostat housing? (Then it was disconected anyways :))

You have nothing left that electronic on your rig. That's a typical early no esc non electronic controlled HEI distributor. Hook it to manifold vacuum. Hook up the air door on the air cleaner if you have the OE air cleaner. Hook up your evap cannister.If you don't you're going to have other problems and then I'm going to ask if the evap cannister is hooked up correctly. Hook up PCV.Supply Vacuum to the trucks accessories(vaccum,cannister,HVAC etc.) Hook up the convertor vacuum switch.

Correct me if I'm wrong - but what you wrote is pretty much acording to my drawing in first post - exlc direct distributor vacuum from mainfold (or carb port ) and accesories

Yep you got most of it. You don't need the tip on switch,but I think you got it all. Is that the sticker under your hood? I really don't think that's correct fir a California emissions 1986. It would be right for an 85 or a 49 state car. I maybe mistaken,but I'd sure like to see the entire sticker.

I believe the only control of that solenoid is the transmission torque converter wiring.

You mean thermal vacuum switch on bottom of the picture that also supply egr with vacuum when warm? If so I think I could cancel this TVS as well and hook up TCC directly to carb?

Yes and no the thermo switch will keep the converter from locking up until the engine is warmed up for better cold drivabilty.

I'd leave out the the TVS,and hook the vacuum advance to a manifold vacuum source. I'd set my advance to 14* btdc. We can fine tune it later
