    small hole in oil pan

    I didnt see a concrete vehicle stop In front of my saturn when I parked I drove forward went up on it , I backed off it , noticed hole in oil pan . I was wondering will jb weld work on it as a temp fix to get it home 17 miles. Its ok sitting there I just dont want to work on it there. Thanks...

    cold weather starting

    when i start the engine (77 454 carb auto trans) for the first time i pump it a few times ,fires right up if i give it any gas it dies after a couple min of running same thing put foot on brake then in gear it dies. once i hold the gas down a little get it in gear start driving no problem ...

    starting in gear

    i was starting my truck wasn't quite in park. it tried to start, so i checked it, in other gears the same thing. does this have anything to due w/ the brake light /turn signal issue in the below thread.? thanks .. also what's you favorite sq bd manual ?

    left break light problem

    another question sorry i can't be more helpful to others.this probaly should have been posted elsewhere. please move if need be. when i press the brake pedal only the right brake light comes on the lights work on both side as does the turn signals i removed the left light assembly...

    had a flat on my trailer. i'm looking for a heavy duty tubeless tire repair kit the one i bought was light weight. i checked H. freight imo looked about the same. any suggestions ? i'm also going to start carrying a small air comp. i hate being stranded. thanks in advance

    i have prestolite ibt 6403 distributor from a 66 case 930 tractor while replacing the points the terminal insulator i bad the problem i checked with case dealer none in u.s. wondering how to make one or use electrical tape. it looks like it is made out of nylon/plastic it's small...

    My truck (C20) has 4 like new tires on it the problem is it has 16" on the front and 16.5" on the rear my question should i replace the 16 's or the 16.5 ? to have all 4 the same?

    replacement radio

    my radio in my 77 c20 doesn't work am/fm/cassette pioneer it looks stock ? what type/years radio will fit my truck without cutting the dash panel or would it be easier to cut the panel to fit modern radio? thanks in advance john

    Woodward Dream Cruise

    August !8 , Royal Oak Mi cruise is 11 miles long . unbelievable never seen so many cars and trucks great time factory displays, actual movie cars i drive 7 hours to see it well worth it.

    Seat belt light stays on

    I did a search of the site for the topic. I couldn't find it, nothing in the Haynes manual. i'm sure it's a simple fix (lol) when i buckle up start the engine the seat belt light stays on, even if i start engine first then buckle up it stays on. any ideas other the black electrical tape...

    Hi I just found this great forum after buying my 77 c20 it has a 454 w/781 heads? also has a utility bed. i'm putting it to work Monday morning i will try to post some pics it's a plain truck no ac or power windows
