I've got two of the service carts and so far the only thing I don't like about them is the pop-up hinges for the top lid. I usually leave the lid up (just ask my wife, lol), and the few times I close it for some reason I always forget to look what is siting near the fold down hinges and end up bending them. The divider they attach to is too thin and the location is just not right. Other than that, the drawers hold a lot of weight and still slide real easy, unlike my Craftsman Mac, or Proto boxes. They also come with nice heavy duty casters too, easy to roll over stuff.

I wasn't able to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and get that 44 inch dual bank roller cabinet for $399. It went on sale to $449 from $479 though. A few days later, they did a Super Coupon extension of Black Friday deals, so BAMM !!! I called all the OKC Metro stores and found the only 1 in Blue. Picked it up today for $399.99.

So I also could not get a Rain Check or do a Lay A Way order for a Blue on Black Friday. But, they will do Rain Checks on Super Coupons. So I did get a Rain Check yesterday morning just to be sure I'd at least have that. This Super Coupon is only good through 12/2/18. So if you're thinking of one, get to HF and at least get a RainCheck. Then you can pretty much buy it whenever you want even if it has to wait til after Christmas.

I'm a big fan of the US general carts and boxes at HF but over the blak friday holidays I saw a HD husky toolbox that piqued my interest, if only because it as almost as big as the HF 72 inch, came as a double stacker, had the soft close drawers, and had a crazy price. I think it was around 900 bucks, but I was in a rush at the time and when I came back to HD later I could not see them so I thought maybe I was just seeing things again. Looked like they were selling it for 898 and my thought at the time was that was an insane price for both boxes and it had to be just the bottom for that price. Like I said I did not get a chance to double check and have not seen it since then. Maybe it was just the 52 inch and for some reason it looked bigger... You know how they say black can change the size of things... (Wait, well... whatever).

Coupons good thru 12/23/18. Looks like $30 off on each piece. Depending on finances, I might go ahead and try to get one of the end cabinets before the 23rd. Hopefully with patience I'll see the top cabinet for less. It's been as low as $239 in the past when Series 2 was firs introduced.

I decided to let HF decide which piece I bought tonight. All they had in stock in Blue to match the Blue roller cabinet I got last week was the 16in end locker so I picked that up tonight with the $30 off Super Coupon. Just the Top Chest and End Cabinet with drawers to go. I'm hoping they'll just gimme rainchecks for the Super Coupon prices on the other pieces so I have the price saved for a later date like next month or February and I'll know what I'm getting myself for my birthday. :waytogo:

Super Cool thing happened this morning. I figured I'd have to pass on buying another piece this week and not take advantage of the Super Coupon sales due to still getting things for the kids and great kids, and a child I'm sponsoring whose mom is a methhead and has lost visitation rights to this 9yo girl and she's being raised by her dad whose isn't working steady at all and struggling. One of the bosses handed me an envelope this morning. Merry Christmas and $250 cash and told to buy myself something nice so I did. Took advantage of the coupon and got the top chest this evening for $269+tx. Got 3 of the 4pcs now. I have enough now I can start transfering and orgainizing from the Craftsman boxes and hope someone has some Christmas cash after Christmas to gimme some of my cash back.

Looks great! But what I really want to know is, how old is that Foghat poster?

Thanks guys, yeah it's cool walking to the kitchen through the living room seeing that. That was my roommate's idea. He's an old diesel mechanic and likes tools too. He says it's like having a new Corvette parked in the living room. :happy175:

The Foghat poster is my roommate's. He cut up his LP Album sleeves and matted those to a sheet of plywood. Did the same with his Zepplin albums. I personally thought it was stupid. They were or could have been worth something in that great condition they were in. Now the LP's are in clear plastic sleeves.

I was going to wait on the 4th piece, but a local store happen to have it in stock in the right color so my arm got twisted. I almost thought of not getting the side cabinet at all and just get another 44in. roller cabinet and the way it bolts to the side locker, I could make it all 1 piece. I'd just have to 2 more swivel casters so I'd be able to turn that long bitch.

Did anyone else take advantage of the sale prices?

Thanks, so far I really like it alot. Now just trying to figure out how to move into it and how to organize it. The struggle is real.

I need add more boxes to my setup but need to reorganize again at some point before I do. I can say that I’m very happy with my harbor freight box and will be doing exactly what you did when I add to it

I'm just trying to figure out how to move out of my old boxes into the new. More storage but less drawers. So where I used to have a about 5 sockets drawers, now I'm move all those into the one big deep wide drawer.

But yeah, I think I'm going to end up adding another 44 inch roller cabinet to the other side of that locker. The way it bolts on it'll just be one long solid divided box. And then you know if I do that, I'll end up getting another top chest. :happy175: It'll be like that song that never ends.
