Where to start?
Replaced both tanks, cleaned the lines, rebuilt the carb, fixed a fusible link, troubleshooted the electrical system, cleaned the fuel pump, fused the lines again, resealed the AC compressor, fixed a couple tires, rebuilt the front end, sprayed the underbody with paint, installed a large 2 micron fuel filter, and fired it up! Got it running after at least 8 years.
Wow, what do you do in your spare time?.........lol

@Powerhouse Ranch If you haven't found a lower hose yet I ended up using a Gates 21849. 1.75" at both ends and clears the belts and frame nicely

What size oem rubber did you order, I have new ones but they are to small width wise top and bottom. The part number I have is 32-0970, I could just shae them down. My other issue is the nut certs for the A/C condensor!

What exactly do you need Mike, I'm not sure I understand your question.

Sorry Mike, I dug through a box of old used ones and still had to trim them to fit better. I also had an old piece of rubber weather-strip from something I used to support the entire length along the bottom of the radiator since the instructions said to.

Also for the rubber condenser nutserts I want to say they clear once they are tightened down. I may have trimmed the bolt a little after they were tightened down too but cant remember. I can take another look next weekend for you.

Got the plug wires in, new plugs, new header gaskets, just need to re-clock the Edelbrock fuel pump for the fuel line and finish putting in the custom 0/1ga battery cables. Then it’s time for fire up.

Had to reach behind the dash to wiggle the bulb holder for the 1st time since March.

:(

Dammit- hope this is a weather fluke and not a sign that more work is needed.

Like I had nothing else to do...I took on a new project. I have been wanting another "run around truck". This thing is going to use up some parts that are just sitting around.
